Terms & Conditions for Influencers

1. Creator Network Participation

MediaGuide4U provides an onboarding and monetization ecosystem for social media influencers, bloggers, digital creators, and publishers across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Moj, Josh, and specialized blogging networks.

By enrolling as a Registered Influencer or participating in sponsored brand campaigns coordinated by MediaGuide4U, you (“Creator”, “Influencer”, or “You”) agree to abide by these terms.

2. Profile Accuracy & Verification

Creators registering on the platform must provide accurate demographic, contact, and channel information. MediaGuide4U reserves the right to audit channel authenticity, engagement authenticity, and follower quality using analytics intelligence.

• Each influencer may operate only one primary profile representation in the network.
• Engagement manipulation (such as bot engagement, fake views, or comment pods) is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate disqualification and forfeiture.
• Clear and verified billing details (PAN, Bank details, GST if applicable) must be provided for seamless remuneration.

3. Campaign Obligations & Editorial Standards

When accepting a brand campaign invitation through MediaGuide4U, the influencer agrees to:

• Strictly adhere to the agreed Campaign Brief, creative guidelines, required talking points, and mandatory hashtags/disclosures.
• Comply with ASCI Influencer Guidelines regarding clear sponsorship disclosures (#Ad, #Sponsored, #Collaboration).
• Submit draft content for pre-publishing approval prior to live broadcast whenever required by the brief.
• Maintain published campaign posts for the agreed minimum contractual duration without deletion or premature archiving.
• Maintain professionalism and avoid derogatory, defamatory, or unlawful commentary that could harm brand integrity.

4. Commercial Remuneration & Payouts

Campaign consideration (monetary fees, barter products, or performance bonuses) shall be disbursed according to the milestone terms stated in the campaign confirmation. Payouts are processed via bank transfer following verification of post links and delivery metrics.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Creators frequently receive embargoed product news, pre-launch details, or proprietary brand briefs. Creators must maintain strict confidentiality and must not disclose unannounced campaigns before the authorized launch date and time.
